Tuesday Made Launch
Today is the big day! Emmett and I have been working super hard to get our e-commerce shop up and running. It has been a labor of love and something we’re both really proud of. While we’ve hit some unexpected snags and have been working long hours and months to get things ready, I’m excited to share that Tuesday Made is OFFICIALLY LIVE! We have vintage finds, items from artists & makers, gift sets, higher-end products, pieces that are budget-friendly, and all sorts of fun things… I hope there is something for everyone. My grandmother is even apart of this- she is a talented seamstress, so I hired her (which kept us both happy & busy during quarantine) to make the majority of our beautiful custom pillows, pictured above. I wanted to write a quick blog post sharing a bit more about the shop, as well as some of my personal favorite things we’ve collected and curated. Click through for the post, follow along on social media (if you’re into that), and please hop over and check out Tuesday Made! We appreciate you all SO so much. Thank you again for the support and love!
First things first- the story behind why we felt a shop would be a fun and exciting endeavor. This year has been so many things… difficult, emotional, interesting, exciting, challenging, scary, etc. The list goes on (and on). Ha! Emmett and I are constantly brainstorming and dreaming of our future, what it looks like, sharing things & ideas we’re passionate about, how we can impact & inspire, and where we envision ourselves in the years to come. We’ve had more of these serious conversations this year than ever before. Interiors and design has always been my passion, and I loved the idea of pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, getting creative in new ways, working alongside Emmett to grow our business, and starting something fresh. You can read more in the “Our Story” section of the website, but after brainstorming- we nailed down our philosophy, what home means to us, and determined this…
There’s a difference between where you live and the place you call home. Whether you reside in a small, quiet town or a big, bustling city, (or somewhere in between!) we believe you should love your home. It’s a sanctuary. An escape. A shelter from the storms in life. I wanted to create a collection of decor and thoughtful accessories for people who believe in the power of details. Little touches that make you smile- no matter the state of your home. Items that are as beautiful as they are functional, from makers and artists across the globe, to finds that fit the budget, and designer pieces that are unique, higher-end, and original… the finishing touches. You guys know styling is my favorite part of the process. It has been so fun discovering & connecting with businesses of all types (small & large), designing our own signature products (like designer pillows with my grandma and candles containing fragrances I dreamed up), as well as testing, arranging, and photographing everything in our own home. Aside from the challenges, this little shop has given me life this year, a newfound love for design, a shifted perspective, and an excitement for our business that I didn’t quite have before. So yeah… that’s the story, I suppose. All good things! Apologies for being wordy- I’m running on little sleep and seem to be rambling.
Now for the fun part- I wanted to share some of my favorite things we have at Tuesday Made… which was really difficult because I picked out every single thing on the website, and I think they’re all amazing.
Use the numbered links below the collage to shop- I’m sorry, the products are not clickable.

I also don’t want to disappoint anyone if we sell out of something. In full transparency, I wasn’t sure of the quantities to order, since we’re just dipping our toes into the e-commerce and retail space. Some things are one-of-a-kind, vintage, and are handmade from artists, so once they’re gone… they’re gone (I’m sorry). Of course I’ll constantly be adding new arrivals and sourcing fun and beautiful home goods. I just wanted to give you a heads up, if you really want something- I’d grab it because our quantities are limited. First dibs for my blog family!! You heard it here.
With that, I’m incredibly excited and grateful, despite the fact I’m running on little sleep. I’m certainly looking forward to an early bedtime and a glass of wine here in a bit. Who knows… maybe we’ll even pop some bubbly to celebrate. I just wanted to say THANK YOU first. From the bottom of my heart- I can’t begin to express the gratitude I feel for your support, friendship, encouragement, and positivity. It radiates! I’m incredibly thankful for each and every one of you. Have an amazing weekend, and I’ll see you back here for a regular blog week on Monday!
