The Best of World Market

The Best of World Market - roomfortuesday.comHappy Monday, friends! I hope everyone had a good weekend. We still have house guests visiting, but I did have some time to do some online shopping. I’m sharing my favorite furniture and home decor finds from World Market in a big roundup below! Click through…

01: flush mount ceiling light // 02: plush bath towels // 03: magnifying glass // 04: bubble bath set // 05: round dining table // 06: velvet dining chair // 07: geometric pillow // 08: circle table lamp // 09: white ceramic bowl // 10: flokati bench // 11: velvet desk chair // 12: faux plant // 13: velvet throw pillow // 14: floor lamp // 15: feather-filled sofa // 16: bistro table // 17: throw blanket // 18: smoked glass vase // 19: marble side table // 20: wicker office chair // 21: ceramic planter // 22: area rug // 23: wood bowl // 24: occasional chair // 25: marble table lamp

This month I found lots of great pieces. I even own a few of them and can attest to their aesthetic and quality. In the intro image, you’ll notice my wicker desk chair (#20)– which is on MAJOR sale. It’s normally $250 and it’s on sale for $89.

The Best of World Market - roomfortuesday.comAbove, you’ll find a sneak peek of a corner in our basement… that makeover is coming to the blog in a couple weeks- but I’m super impressed with this faux plant (#12)! It’s a little on the spendy side, but it’s definitely worth it. That plant is SUPER convincing- one of the best I’ve seen.

The Best of World Market - roomfortuesday.comYou might remember this cute little marble side table (#19) from Laurie Anne’s bedroom makeover I shared a couple weeks ago? It’s really heavy and has a great shape. Have you scored anything good there lately? I’m loving a lot of their new pieces!

I hope everyone has a great week. Emmett and I had our wedding anniversary yesterday, but since we have house guests- we’ll be celebrating later this week. Did you see this photo I posted on Instagram? We look like babies!!

  1. Wow. World Market has really raised their design game. I was trying to choose some favorites, but, honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of these items in my home. Lovely round up (and sneak peak!). I hope you are enjoying some adventures with your house guests.
    Happy Monday!

    1. They really have! My guests are safely back home in Indiana and we had a great time :) Thanks so much for your sweet words. Hope you’re also having an awesome week!

  2. I cannot wait to see your basement! World Market is a weakness for me. I could not believe the faux plant! I do not have a green thumb when it comes to indoor plants. This one is so nice and cannot wait to get mine! Thanks for the shopping ideas.
    Have a great day!

    1. I want to share it SO bad… it’s all finished and it’s taking everything in me not to hit the “publish” button. Haha! So soon though. Stay tuned! Let me know what you think of the plant if you get it :)

  3. I love World Market and am so sad that we don’t have it in Canada. Lucky for me, I live close enough to the border that i can make a road trip to this store. I bougt the wicker desk chair after falling in love with it on your blog and I am sitting in it right now as i type this…it was a great purchase and it looks so good in my space. Thanks for the inspiration!

    1. Aw YAY! I love hearing that. I just had another Canadian friend and reader message saying they ship to her? I’m not sure if that’s true… but fingers crossed :)

  4. Yes, they do ship some items to Canada now, but when I loooked into buying something online, the shipping to Canada was ridiculous…which is sadly almost always the case. Same story goes for Target and Container Store…they do ship to us but often the shipping is more than the item. Wahhhhhh! I’m just grateful I live close enough to the border to get my shopping fix!

    1. Awww such a bummer!! Yes- so lucky you live close. That’s really convenient!

I just showed the World Market wicker chair to my daughter in law and we both love it! Our concern are the reviews… some had problems with the wheels of the chair. Beth will use this every day for a few hours each day but she doesn’t want to regret buying it in a few weeks. :( How has your experience been with this chair, Sarah? Do you use it daily and have you had any issues? It is so cute and I so appreciate your tips and your blog!!!

    1. Hi Pam! I’ve been using this chair for about a year from 7am – 7pm every single day. I spend a TON of time at my computer and haven’t had any issues so far. I do tighten the bolts from time-to-time, but other than that- it has been great for the price! Hope this helps :) xo
