Luxe Textiles That Won’t Break the Bank
If there’s one thing I love incorporating into my home this time of year, it’s textiles. I can’t get enough texture, cozy throws, soft bedding, and plush bath linens. In my experience, I’ve found that you don’t have to have a huge budget to get gorgeous, luxe textiles that make your home feel expensive and layered…. you just have to know where to look. I figured since it’s the season of pillows, throws, and all things comfortable, a roundup was in order. Click through to see what I found! PS: there are cute dog photos in this one- you’ve been warned. Don’t blame me if you end up with another fur baby!
Think about all the things you touch in your home. I always feel like life’s little luxuries are related to sensory experiences… a soft rug or bath mat under your bare feet, a cozy blanket you can snuggle and sink into, lofty bedding, or a silky pillow to rest your head before drifting off to sleep. I’m the type of person who appreciates the feel of something. Well, luckily- I found some amazing textiles that are budget-friendly and look (and feel) much more expensive than they actually are!

I’m not going to lie… I bought three or four items from the roundup (#4, #10, #17, and #23… if you’re curious)! Emmett and I can never have enough blankets and throws- especially now that our basement is feeling nice after its mini makeover. It’s the ultimate place to lounge and cuddle!
Much like our water bottles, throw blankets seem to end up all over the house. I’ll wrap myself in one and head up or downstairs with it and leave it laying somewhere, only to grab another one. That’s a problem I don’t mind though. I just fold them up and toss them wherever they land. Cozy and comfortable is the name of the game in our house.
Another reason we love having blankets or textiles in every room is because of the dogs. We don’t mind if they’re on the furniture, as long as they’re on a throw. It’s easier to wash and much like us- they prefer getting cozy too. Both Cash and Crosby know to jump onto a blanket… that’s “their spot”.
I’m also a bit of a textiles snob when it comes to bath linens. I will splurge on bath towels or a robe any day! If it’s something I’m using every single day and it puts a smile on my face, you better believe I’m willing to invest in something that feels good against my skin. Haha! Anyone else?
Is anyone getting the urge to buy all the blankets and throws? I do this every single fall… that, and candles! Don’t even get me started on candles. Yikes. Stress baking is also becoming a new thing in our house (thanks to the ORC), but I can’t complain because we’ve been having all the fall treats lately! Happy Tuesday!
