Happy Labor Day!

I hope everyone is enjoying the long holiday weekend! I’m just quickly hopping on to let you know I’ll be back with regular blog posts tomorrow… but today I’m enjoying a much-needed day off. This is a rare view at our formal living room. We’re hoping to start demo on this space sometime this month, but we’ll see how it plays out. Emmett and I have had a great weekend so far- we hosted a backyard barbecue with our best friends, got outside to enjoy the mountains, floated the river, and today we’re working on some projects in the basement that I can’t wait to share with you in a couple weeks. All good things! Later this week, my college roommate and her little family arrive from Indiana to spend a week with us and we’re definitely looking forward to that. September is already off to a busy start, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have so many exciting things to share this month- stay tuned! Happy holiday Monday, friends. xo
