Sleep Style

Although November has come and gone, I recently learned it was National Sleep Comfort Month. I was excited when I found out that the creative folks at Casper are doing a beauty sleep style challenge. Getting a good night’s sleep is really important to me; I’m the type of person who requires a lot of sleep to be happy and productive the following day. Casper mattresses are constructed of latex and memory foam. The materials conform to your body without causing you to sink, while keeping you cool. Aside from their excellent design, the best thing- they’re sewn by hand in South Carolina and Illinois. Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a new mattress.
