Hey guys! Jacqueline here. In my opinion, lighting is one of the most important aspects of design- and it can really make or break a room. I’m not a fan of overhead lighting, so I’m all about using lamps to light up a room instead. As a general rule, most designers would recommend 2-3 light sources per room (depending on size). I’ll admit, I have not always followed this rule, but am working toward filling my spaces with additional lighting. Ha! Recently, I’ve been looking for some new table lamps for the family room and have decided to share some of my favorites. Check out my finds for classic table lamps, all UNDER $200!

My absolute favorites are numbers 1, 8, 18 and 23. I also recently purchased number 19 for my office. Which table lamps are you loving from this roundup? Sarah said her favorites were numbers 21, 25, and 26. You really can’t go wrong with any of the beauties in the collage!
The table lamp (#23) in the above image is styled beautifully in Ashley’s cafe inspired dining nook. I love the classic, minimal shape. It’s understated, yet glam at the same time.
The table lamp shown above (#1- also available in white as seen here), looks gorgeous styled in Anastasia’s Texas bungalow. The mid century shape adds the perfect modern touch.
Sarah scored her black table lamp from Amazon. You can check out more Amazon lighting in this giant roundup! Basically, table lamps are a nice sculptural and functional addition to any room. I’m off to go find more lighting and meet my goal of 3 external lights per room. Have a great Tuesday, friends!
