Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day and it’s definitely the most important. Not only does it give you energy to start the day, it’s linked to many health benefits. Weight control, improved concentration, and lower cholesterol levels are just a few benefits from eating a balanced breakfast. I try to eat a healthy breakfast each morning, but with limited time, it’s difficult.
