December Moodboard

December Moodboard : Luxe Leather - Coming into Christmas, I’m feeling all things warm and cozy. I’ve really been loving a specific material and have consciously been trying to add more of it to my home. Any guesses? I’ve give you a hint… it’s masculine and luxurious. If you immediately thought leather- then you’d be right. I’m really digging the warm, buttery texture, timeless material, and traditional element it adds to a house. Click through for inspiration and this month’s moodboard!

01: wall mirror // 02: leather pull // 03: leather bar stool // 04: upholstered swivel chair // 05: leather desk // 06: leather bed // 07: oversized leather tassel // 08: leather ottoman // 09: leather wine rack // 10: ralph lauren floor lamp // 11: leather fringe pillow // 12: leather tray // 13: leather sofa

From the roundup, my favorites include: the floor lamp (#10), that insane decorative tassel (#7), obviously I’m a fan of the bed (#6), and the desk (#5). Oh, and we also have the leather pulls (#2) on our living room built-ins. Did they look familiar?! Check out the image below.

December Moodboard : Luxe Leather - We have a folding leather ottoman in our guest room (shown below), which is perfect for visitors to use for their suitcase. Sadly it’s no longer available, but you can find a similar one here.

December Moodboard : Luxe Leather - Despite the few leather touches we have throughout our home… I’m craving more. I notice my personal style shifting toward a more traditional or collected aesthetic. The last time I went to the designer market, my favorite showroom was unexpectedly Ralph Lauren Home, and that’s saying something about what I’m feeling these days.

December Moodboard : Luxe Leather - For now, I’ll enjoy our leather bed and all of it’s beautiful goodness in the master bedroom. I’m pretty sure I’m on a strict no spending budget anyway, while renovating the kitchen. I guess the amount of leather happening in our home is going to have to suffice for now.

Is anyone else digging this same look or leather in general? I’d love to hear how you sprinkle it throughout your own home in the comments below!

I love some good leather! We have a dark brown leather sofa that is coming upon the end of its days and so I’m wanting something lighter like the color of your bed! It’s gorgeous! I’m thinking either leather accent chairs or maybe some leather throw pillows <3

Hi Sarah, I love the brass lamps in the first photo – do you know where I can find them? Or anything about the image that I can trace them.

They’re Ralph Lauren home and I haven’t been able to find any more of them sadly… I ended up selling this exact set on Chairish a few months ago. Sorry about that!
