Lately I’ve received more messages than usual in regards to my current office chair because it’s on super sale right now (marked down from $250 to $99). I figured I might as well round up a bunch of my favorite ROLLING desk chairs because I’ve found they can be an item that is difficult to source. I’ll be the first to admit, even though I sit in my chair all day- as long as it’s comfortable, I don’t really care if it’s ergonomically rated. That’s just my personal preference- choosing a comfortable chair with a nice aesthetic. However, if you are looking for something in that specific ergonomic realm, I’d highly recommend this Herman Miller office chair. It also depends on how much you’re sitting in the chair. I’m in my office ALL the time, but I know others just use their office or workspace every so often and not for hours on end. I get this question a lot, “is your current desk chair comfortable?” I honestly think it is and I sit here all day, but it’s really just a personal preference. Obviously I have #2 and love it. Visually, some of my top contenders include: #3, #8, #15, and #17. I also think vintage options are fun! Remember when I reupholstered this chair for the little built-in desk area in my kitchen? It’s pretty comfortable and the casters on the legs are really functional for rolling.
