Roundup : Drink Tables & Tiny Accent Tables

Roundup : Drink Tables & Tiny Accent TablesThe first time I laid eyes upon a “drink table” at High Point Market years ago, I fell in love. There is something about their small scale and the fact that you can easily tuck them alongside any seating option for a sophisticated and functional look, that really does it for me. My rule of thumb is that every seat should have a place to rest a drink- especially if you enjoy entertaining (or mostly, relaxing). My pet peeve is lounging in a space and having to hold my drink the entire time. These tiny accent tables have been gaining popularity and I thought there is no better time than the present for a roundup- especially with Thanksgiving and the prime season for entertaining less than a month away. Click through to see my favorites!

Not only can these tiny tables be used for drinks in living spaces, but also as a plant pedestal. Think of welcoming flowers or candles in a tight entryway or a tiny table tucked into the corner of a hall or landing area. They’re also really versatile for layering in front of or beside larger scaled pieces of furniture.

I’ve basically had #4 on my wishlist for at least five years… ever since seeing it in person for the first time. A budget friendly alternative to that option would be #2. I’m also digging numbers: 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 17, & 23. I know that’s a lot of favorites, but they’re all SO good!

Roundup : Drink Tables & Tiny Accent Tables - roomfortuesday.comAre any of you into the drink table or tiny accent table trend? They’re probably one of the handiest pieces of furniture you can own and I don’t see the trend going anywhere anytime soon. I have some in my living room as well. Small accent tables will definitely have longevity if you choose a classic option. Which ones are you gravitating toward?

  1. Drink table sounds so sophisticated and swanky. In my house it’s a cat pedastal and place to put your tablet. I really need to raise my game. I think #2 and #13 would definitely help with that. I love that cb2 shows one styled beside a bathtub!

    1. Haha!! A cat pedestal! I like that term better. You have cats in addition to Joe? That’s so fun! I can’t imagine my boys getting along with cats.

    Hi Sarah

I love these side tables! Not sure which one to choose there’s so many awesome options. I have a request for a future roundup post, coasters! I love the set you have on your coffee table and I’m having a hard time finding coaster sets with stands that are pretty enough.

    Xoxo Marissa

  3. I love them all! Especially the marble topped ones (#15 and #21)! You do the best roundups, I still love the sculptural side table post from last year.

    1. That’s the best compliment, Megan! Thank you so much. My goal is to compile things I’ll love for years to come- so I’m happy to hear you still like the side table post from last year and it still feels relevant :) xox

    Hi,
Where is the link to the marble/brass table in the pictures?
    I like that one best.
    Thanks.

  5. I absolutely love these tables. I have a few & want more. Very versatile, unassuming & so easy to move around. Also the perfect height beside accent chairs & sofas.
