Ingredients (makes 2 cocktails):
1.5 oz Silver Tequila (we love Casamigos)
1 oz. St. Germain
Club soda, just a splash
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon blue agave
4 mint sprigs
salt, for garnish

Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves. Add a handful of crushed or cubed ice. Combine tequila, St. Germain, agave, and lime juice; add to shaker. Cut a lime into wedges, run a wedge around the rim of each glass and immediately dip into salt; press and twist to garnish each glass. Add ice to each glass; any type of ice will work- sphere ice molds, cubed, or crushed. Pour margarita mixture from shaker into each glass. Fill until glass is nearly full, then top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and a sliced lime.
