Amazon Finds : Vases

Amazon Finds : Vases - roomfortuesday.comI’m back from vacation- which consisted of friends visiting, Utah adventures, and lots of work on the hallway. Thanks for letting me take a much needed break! I feel energized and recharged after only 4 or 5 days off. Amazing what time away from the computer will do, but I’m excited to be back to my regular schedule on the blog. Now that our kitchen is finished and the house is halfway back in order, I’m on board to keep fresh flowers sprinkled throughout our home once again. I forgot how happy they make me! It was something I gave up due to drywall dust and consent renovating. I thought it would be fun to kick off the week with an easy and inexpensive Amazon Finds post… my favorite vases. Emmett teases me because I’m a vase hoarder. We have a credenza (shown above) stuffed full of them- 5 being from this roundup. I like to switch them out, put together an arrangement as a gift, or take to the host or hostess of a party. It’s always a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Amazon Finds : Vases - roomfortuesday.comIf I’m being totally honest, I have more vases stuffed with greenery throughout my home than actual flowers. Lately, I’ve been trying to keep at least one vase filled with something floral, but for the most part- I’m team greenery. It lasts forever, is inexpensive, easy to arrange, and adds a whole bunch of texture to any room. I usually buy mine from Trader Joe’s and it will last me a couple months!

As I mentioned in the intro, I own a bunch of vases from the roundup. If you’re interested to know which ones, here they are: #6, #9, #11, #12, and #14. I might even add more to my collection after compiling this post (while there’s still room in the credenza to store them, ha). I really want #3 and #17.

Amazon Finds : Vases - roomfortuesday.comIn addition to styling vases filled with flowers & greenery around my own home and gifting them, I’ll also place them in the guest room before company arrives. It’s a nice touch! I actually wrote a post on how I prep for overnight houses guests… check that out here! It’s an old post, but still relevant, as I still check all of these things off the list.

Amazon Finds : Vases - roomfortuesday.comI think bud vases are the easiest to arrange because they only require a few stems. They’re also less expensive than filling a large vase, so they’ve quickly become one of my go-to accessories for styling if I’m in a hurry. Basically, bud vases are my secret weapon for impromptu dinner parties or unannounced guests. I’ll run to the yard, snip some clippings, stuff them in, and I’m good to go.

Amazon Finds : Vases - roomfortuesday.comDoes the above vase look familiar? It’s #11 from the roundup. It’s really heavy and I love the ombre smoked glass look! We hosted a 4th of July BBQ and I positioned this vase on the dining table before people began to arrive. It’s a great scale for our breakfast nook.

Amazon Finds : Vases - roomfortuesday.comAre any of you vase hoarders? I hope I’m not the only one! They’re one of my favorite accessories to collect, and even better- I actually use them. You can also shop the scrolling products below… just hover for the price! Happy Monday, friends.

  1. Happy Monday! Lovely picks. Although my hoarding tends toward vintage dishware, I do have an entire shelf of vases too. Who can resist pretty things meant to hold pretty things? Maybe you should put one of two in your cart and hope for another accidental purchase!😁

    1. Haha!! That’s kind of what I was thinking with the accidental purchase. I’m also a vintage dishware / glassware lover, Peggi :) Have a great week!
